FAIRS, FESTIVALS AND WORKSHOPS

3 fairs were organised with 6 workshops on food and wine as part of it. Lectures included education regarding gastronomy, gastronomy offer and tourism, but also food cooking and tasting. The service of delivering lectures in oenology included wine production and wine offer in tourism development context and tasting of wine. Products and services of 56 local producers/tourism service providers were presented at fairs, and 510 persons/visitors participated at workshops and fairs.

FAIR IN TIKVEŠ, May 30th 2015

First fair took place in Tikveš, on May 30th 2015. Number of participants reached 204, from all project target groups: tourist service providers, local producers and tourists/visitors.
56 exhibitors presented their products and services to visitors and media. Music band Batorek entertained all participants and presented traditional Slavonia and Baranja`s music.
Lectures were held as combination of presentation and cooking, so participants had opportunity to taste traditional Slavonian food and wines. Lectures lasted for 2 hours in total in combination with cooking.

FAIR IN ZMAJEVAC, June 13th 2015

Second fair took place in Zmajevac on June 13th 2015, where 156 tourist providers, local producers and visitors participated at 2 hours of lectures on gastronomy and wine. 56 exhibitors presented their products and services to visitors and media. Music band Batorek entertained all participants and presented traditional Slavonia and Baranja`s music.

FAIR IN TVRĐA-OSIJEK, July 4th 2015

The third fair was held in Tvrđa in Osijek on July 4th 2015, where 150 participants participated at last two lectures on food and wine. Lectures included education regarding gastronomy, gastronomy offer and tourism, but also food cooking and tasting. 56 exhibitors presented their products and services to visitors and media. Music band Batorek entertained all participants and presented traditional Slavonia and Baranja`s music.
