As so many of us nowadays, we (Simone and Lamine Kaba) in 2004 also decided to give up our old way of life and found our place in a clean and green natural environment in Almáskeresztúr. We both used to work in hospitality, engaged in gastronomy, so as small producers we could build on our experience, for example by offering our Village Hospitality service. Our main profile includes hard and soft goat cheese with seasonal spices, fresh goat milk, as well as pork and goat meat products. Our animals graze on the surrounding hills, we milk and take care of them ourselves. Currently the milk serving as the raw material for our cheese products is provided by our 65 goats, but pigs, chickens, tame dogs and Pedro the donkey can also be seen on our farm.
