About the project

The overall objective is to create a unique, cross-border tourist attraction, based on traditional and well-known wines and foods of the border areas.

The project will locate and brand Slavonian manufacturers and their products (wine producers, family farms and businesses, restaurants …) and will create preconditions for a higher level of added value in their products. The project will result in the establishment of cross-border, 100 km long gastronomic route, which will include about 200 attractive places from Pecs to Osijek, including small businesses that offer their services, food and accommodation on the route. The project aims to increase the tourist attractiveness of the region, increasing the competitiveness of businesses that offer gastronomic services on this route. This route will be promoted to various marketing tools, including marketing campaigns and info stands in Pécs and Osijek.
